Cliff Dunigan
Managing Director
Clifford Dunigan joined Engs Insurance Agency, LLC as Managing Director in 2021. ENGS Insurance Agency, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsubishi HC Capital America, a full-service commercial brokerage, managing general agent and risk management consulting firm with expertise in Commercial, Professional and specialty insurance.
Dunigan has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining Engs Insurance Agency, LLC, he held leadership roles at Greenlight Re, W R Berkley, GE Insurance Solutions and Swiss Re, managing large insurance portfolios with revenues over 250 million. As a senior executive in the insurance market, he has worked both domestically and abroad in the Cayman Islands, United Kingdom and South America. Dunigan holds a bachelor’s degree from Drake University and an MBA in Finance from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Dunigan holds the following insurance designations, (CPCU) Chartered, Property and Casualty Underwriter, (RPLU) Registered Professional Liability Underwriter, (ARe) Associated in Reinsurance.
Roman Hunter
Director of Sales & Marketing
Roman Hunter is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Engs Insurance Agency, LLC. His responsibilities include profitable growth for the front-end of the agency business, providing consultative solutions for clients, and working with carrier partners to bring best-in-class solutions for those clients as well. Serving on the leadership team, Hunter assists in setting the strategic direction for the agency, while also implementing processes to always increase the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
Prior to joining Engs Insurance Agency, LLC, Hunter was an Agent/Owner of a State Farm Insurance Agency. Growing his portfolio and managing teams of various sizes. Hunter has also assisted in the implementation of funnel management software to help firms manage their sales pipeline.
Roman is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University.
Andre Stewart
Vice President of Underwriting
Andre Stewart has had a stellar career as an executive leader, community leader, and corporate advisor for most of his 30+ year professional career.
Previously, Stewart was the senior vice president and chief underwriting officer at NORCAL Group and The Doctors Company. He also served as president of The Doctors Company’s E&S Carrier, TDC Specialty. Stewart has been a senior underwriting officer since 2000. Prior to joining Engs Insurance Agency, LLC, he was chief underwriting and liability officer for a Silicon Valley technology company.
Stewart is a board member for: Lewis & Clark College, City of Benicia Human Services Board and Board Chair for equity board.
Stewart holds a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Keller Graduate School. He also attended post-graduate courses at HAAS for strategic planning and leadership.
ENGS Insurance Agency will add more carriers and more products as we expand to all United States and specialized areas of financing that ECF grows into. ENGS Insurance Agency insures transportation, industrial and construction risks with Package, Inland/Ocean Marine, stand alone specialized liability with Vendor Liability, Product Recall, Cyber Liability and much more.
